Bike Fitting is a process of choosing or setting up bike components in order to fit rider’s sport objective(s).
Normally, a rider requires a comfort, efficient and safety bike setup. The bike components include shoes, insole, cleat, saddle, stem, handlebar, Bar Tape, frame, helmet and etc.
For example, an advanced cleat fitting involves analysis of rider’s foot, leg, pelvis and jointing structures. Then, find out best cleat location for the rider.
For recreational sport purpose, a standard bike fitting may require 2 – 5 hours.
An advanced FULL bike fitting project for Champion class athlete may require 5 to more than 30 days of testing and setup.
Time period depends on the extent of in-depth and accuracy.

Body Geometry is the most comprehensive system for connecting bike and rider through ergonomically designed and scientifically tested systematic customisation to improve power, endurance and comfort. Be the very best that you can by having your equipment and position tailored to you.
Body Geometry Fit enables riders to maximise power, endurance, and comfort. During your personal Body Geometry Fit session, a trained specialist will assess your individual needs and systematically tailor your bike position and equipment to your body.
To start the process, a trained specialist will discuss your riding experience, goals and gain an in depth understanding of where you want to be on your bike. This will also involve an evaluation of your strength and flexibility.
Several process is used to measure your current levels of flexibility and the individual make up of your body, the resulting data provides an in depth guide for your Fit technician to best specify your bike position, customisation and necessary equipment.
An in-situ visual assessment of your riding position, this allows your Fit specialist to adjust accordingly in order to determine the best and most efficient rider position for you.
During this process, the Fit Specialist will personalise your bike position and equipment choice. In the end, saddle selection and position, shoes, footbeds, cleat position, and handlebar position are all optimised to your body.
